Vacuum Systems

Telstar has extensive knowledge in vacuum technology, which guarantees the levels of ultra high vacuum down to 10^-7 mbar (10^-5 Pa), depending on the requirements of the client.

The vacuum system comprises various types of pumps: rotating pumps for the rough vacuum phase; cryogenic and turbomolecular pumps and decontamination traps (scavenger panels) for the high vacuum phase.
